XC Isle of Man -
David and Juan Knight Enduro Training Day 9th January 2010

A sunny but 'fresh'
Ballagarraghyn was the venue for 40 riders from the Auto to 125
classes...
Firstly, David did some
demonstration laps whilst Juan explained the
riding techniques....
Then, it was a walk of the
course to familiarise the riders of the obstacles they would be
tackling...
Then, with David and
Juan carefully observing and helping their respective groups, the
riders set off on the courses...
- At various
points of the course, the riders were stopped and given advice
on the best riding technique
- for that
particular section of the track....
And then they continued
around the course putting the advice and tips into practice....
After some alterations
to the Extreme section that David uses, some riders tackled the
slippery log section...
At the end of the day,
David and Juan showed their extreme enduro ability ......
Each of the 40 riders
received a personal poster of David and Juan .... many of them
choosing to get it signed...
